My brother was diagnosed with Parkinson 4 yrs ago. He hasn't done well and only recently it was determined( pet scan, sleep study, throat specialist) that he dosen't have pure parkinson but a condition that is Parkinson +. He is falling down more often.... He has throat larynx problems, partial paralysis of vocal chord...Saliva comes up stringy....blood pressure is excellent.
