John, Thanks for your account of how your problem was solved and congratualations on the recovery. Your comments are all very sound. I believe that one of the most important factors in the search for answers and a cure for PD is the development of better tools and procedures to accurately diagnose/eliminate it. The old, "If it responds to Sinemet it must be PD" maxim may soon be proved unreliable. Best of luck Ernie Peters ([log in to unmask])
