Rita, I've had the same experience with pramipexole, at exactly the same time. When I mentioned it to the researchers, they had no explanation as to what might be causing it. I'm glad to know it's the sinemet reacting to the pramipexole; that way I can avoid driving a half hour after taking the medicine. I feel I have a little better control now. Thanks for the info.
