I am currently in a pramipexole drug trial at the University of Rochester MIND Unit, and experience drowsiness. It happens mostly when I am sitting still talking to someone. I also can only drive for one to two hours on the highway before I must change driving with my wife. It has helped my tremor, in conjunction with amantadine. John McCabe 58/6years
