Unexpected Rapid Progression of PD Symptoms could indicate a need to adjust medication. Most likely more c/l-dopa (Sinemet) is needed. And/or, meds may need to be timed differently. Some find that starting Sinemet early (4 am) helps. Fine tuning meds requires a lot of experimenting. Find a neurologist who specializes in "motion disorders".
