Jon, A friend of mine had a son diagnosed with PDD, which is related to autism. We found the following list for her and she loves it and has learned a lot from it. She has shared many of the messages with me and it appears to be quite similar to this group. [log in to unmask] Have your friend send a message to: [log in to unmask] The message should contain the following: SUBSCRIBE AUTISM <your friend's name> She will receive a confirmation letter asking her to reply with "OK" and once she has done that she will receive the list instructions and will begin receiving messages from the list. Please give my best to your friend. joyce p.s. on a related note--does anyone know of a mailing list for spouses of persons with bi-polar disorder? My same friend is in search of one and we have yet to uncover anything. I have suggested she might want to start her own, but only if such a thing does not already exist. Thanks.
