Hi Joe, The tremors are different from the normal ones in the fact that they are involuntary.In this case if you perceive ,(or are concious of it),that yours hands are shaking they will stop it immediatly. At least this happens in the first phases of the PD and may not be so in the more advanced phases. Best wishes Joao Paulo(John Paul) Carvalho
