Once you start exceeding your BIO's its too costly to upgrade. To say nothing of added memory (which is very economical at this time), and a new faster modem. Please go to the nearest Computer Store & trade that new 2.5 hard drive in on a new computer. You can spend more money trying to upgrade a 386 than it costs to buy a 486 now. Prices have dropped so much in the past year it is unbelieveable!!!!
