Is that any better ? > >Regards, Brian Collins The problem is that John Paul is viewing the table with a proportional font that uses a different amount of space for each character. The table was created with a fixed with font such as COURIER. In a fixed width font each character uses the same amount of space. This allows tables to line up. If John Paul will change the font used to display his messages to Courier the table should line up correctly. In Netscape go to Options-Mail and News Preferences-Appearence. Select the "Fixed Width Font" button. Now the table should be line up. Regards Greg
