We are all groping in the dark, each one of us affected in different ways.

Contrary to much of the bombardment of information on this list from 'experts'
this is my personal experience, and may not apply to you.

My PD was diagnosed 8 yrs ago,(probably 10+) , am now age 61. I am quite
fortunate in that practically no tremors, except under stress (happy or sad),,cry
easily at emotional happenings, slightly in a fog every a.m., stiff necks, but
still play tennis, do gardening for 6 hours, internet 4 hrs. daily, became a
journalist 3 yrs ago, (just interviewed Jinx Falkenburg, Woody Allen ,
Goldie Hawn, Alan Alda, Marissa Tome, Ed Burns (She's the one, Brothers
McMullen),etc.... and when I remember I take 2 Eldepryls per day, PLUS 1000
mg of vitamin E (plus procardia(pressure).

The reports from the Mother country about death stalking eldepryl takers
have not been accepted here in the states so far,...if I pass on in the next
few weeks it will from exhaustion in handling my five grandchildren, going
to disney world in dec. and then to south beach, miami where the music plays
24 hours a day,and from our apt. i have full view of the no top, no bottom
beach,
plus lovely sunrises.

love you all
bernardo
