To OUR GERMAN FRIEND WHO ASKED RE:LEPONEX From your description it sounds as if this is the German name for Clozaril (or clozapine) which is used for people with schizophrenia but also to help eliminate hallucinations in Parkinsonians. It requires regular blood tests to be sure the leukocytes (white blood cells) are at a safe level. They should talk to the doctor about this, if this is the medicine you are referring to.
