Hallo, Achim! What is this Leponex? Is it an anti-psychotic drug for schizophrenia? There have been some messages on the list recently about two meds that I think might be similar: clozaril (clozapine) and zytrex. Clozaril has been around for a while, but the zytrex is apparently quite new. Perhaps one of these might be an alternative if the Leponex isn't working?
