Hi Mary. My Mom has been on small doses of Sinemet for 17 yrs. 110/10, now taken in liquid form, every hour, mainly because she is exquisitely sensitive to higher doses and becomes very dyskinetic. Can you tell me how many years you have been diagnosed? My Mom is scheduled for pallidotomy this spring at Johns Hopkins in Balt. Her "therapeutic window" is growing smaller, and the Sinemet cannot do enough for her now. You sound like you are doing well. Keep up the good work. Sue Southworth [log in to unmask]
