Dick, I had a P last May and although my insurance co. has been super for the past 13 years they did not cover this op. To help me in my quest to recover funds, and if you are willing, will you please give the date and place of your P as well as the name of the insurance co BUT most important WHAT WAS THE CODE THEY USED.
