I agree  ---
anything which reinforces a positive attitude and makes you feel better is
worth a shot.
Have been going for a session once a month for the last four years.
First a long talk ' how i've been  -  what stress ?  medication  -
then a back massage ( discovers tension areas )  then no more than 4 needles
to effect a re-balance of 'energy'
