Best that I can suggest for reference is anecdotal, but written by an MD......McGoon, former surgeon at Mayo clinic wrote a book about his own Parkinson's experience......he does refer to carbidopa needs ........Unfortunately my copy of the book is loaned out to a newer patient. Can anyone else supply exact name of Dr. McGoon's book? Rita Weeks
