This is being posted on behalf of Ivan Suzman: Dear Friends, This afternoon Ivan was completely vindicated! The man charged with burning down Ivan's house was found guilty and he stated that Ivan DID NOT have any complicity in the case. Ivan was ready with a statement that was made part of the court record, including a tutorial on PD, the 1300 members in this listserv, the Udall bill, and our continued efforts to gain passage of the bill with PAN's guidance. Ivan was wearing the NO PARKINSN button during the proceedings. He now has to gather his energies to prepare to fight the insurance company to get full coverage for the house and contents. Ivan can be reached at 207-775-6324. He mentioned that a Crisis Fund has been set up to help him --- the $646.00 he receives from social security does not cover his expenses.
