Jeanne,

You will be in very good hands at the Parkinson's Institute. My husband was
a participant in the 1996 Deprenyl (Eldepryl)Study supervised by Dr. James
Tetrud. At that time, the present Parkinson's Institute was in its formative
stages and had not yet moved to its present quarters. During the study we
traveled a number of times to San Jose for extensive tests. After the code
was broken, we continued to see Dr. Tetrud in their new quarters, until the
trip became too dificult. Their evaluations are detailed and careful. The
institute is actively engaged in a wide variety of studies for PD and other
movement disorders. Their patients have the advantage of seeing specialists
who understand PD, and are actively seeking ways to overcome it. We were
very sorry to have give up our visits there.

Good Luck with the new adventure!
