Happy to oblige ya, Joy... The address of Super Crown Books (at least the one near my home) is 17220 Ventura Boulevard, Encino, CA, USA, 91316. At the time I called them last week, they had 21 copies (errrrr.... make that 20, 'cause I ordered one to read before the discussion on the topic which I'm moderating for my support group) in stck in their California wherehouse so unless a buncha California Parkies rush out to buy it, you shouldn't have a problem getting a copy from 'em.
