You have cleared up our misunderstanding, thank you, George.
We had thought the term "bi-lateral" simply meant both sides regardless
of when they were done;  you appear to understand the term to mean
simultaneous (or as you put it,  contemporaneously).     =20

(And yes,  we were referring to your assessment of your speech -  we
have never heard it ... what else do you suppose we could have meant
George ?       ;-)=20
