I posted some statistics last week and have done some more research this week and I'd like to share it with you. I used the 1990 book this time. First, let me say to those who haven't read this before. All these statistics are from the book "Vital Statistics of the United States 1990, Vol.II-Mortality Part A". It is a joint publication of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Public Health Service, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the National Center for Health Statistics.
