I am having trouble with my downloading process on AOL. Suggestions please. My e-mail is supposed to download. When it appears in my regular flash session e-mail list it says download later? I then check my filing cabinet and it lists the item as being downloaded. I can not get the downloaded item to read, or come up on the screen, either on or off line. What do you think is the problem? We have Windows 3.1. Is the item somehow in that program?
