hi
I'm a student at Indiana U Bloomington. I enjoy deep water fitness
class. We wear float belts & do exercise in semi-warm water. We do
movements like cross country ski motion, walking, abdominal exercise,
stretching etc. The booklet handed out the 1st class said the method can
be used by able-bodied, injured, ill, or those with disabilities. I've
mild cp & can't swim, but I ENJOY deep water fit. If you want more info,
email me but be patient; I get BEHIND on email. Kim
