Hi Brian

I've read most all of your posts with interest and learned quite a bit
from others posting too.
The neuro had me on the Sinemet 25/100 2x a day. He also has me on the
Sinemet 50/200 CR 2x a day. It seems to me that the CR is lasting about
5-6 hrs before I notice the tremors reappearing and I have a decent
amount of energy to get my work done. But like you said everyone is
different in the way they react to meds. My wife can hardly take a
childs dose of some meds w/o reacting rather funny to the meds.
In the few days I've taken the CR I've found that I have to take the
second one 6-7 hrs after the first or I get the same tired feeling that I
got with the 25/100, but without the upset - nauseated feeling.

As far as surgury goes I was rather suprised to when the Dr. mentioned
it. Maybe he was just letting me know about the options for later down
the road.

Thanks for the info
