Hello list members, I was finally able to download Brian Collins post on "Effective Duration.....". But now I can't read it. It's all scrambled up gibberish. My father might like to read this info but without the translation, he's out of luck. I downloaded a decoder, & then found it needed Win95. I'm on Win3.11. Can anybody tell me what to do now?
