John W...

Thanks, John... I''m on a 34,000 + bps USRobotics modem, and since I work for
Microsoft, wellllllll.... I've gotten used to using their products. I know
there're setting in the Exchange program which could be tweaked and I'd prolly
be able to d/load just about anything, but since graphics haven't been
anything I'm particularly interested in (a sacrilege, I know) <grin>, I just
left Exchange with the default settings. I CAN, by the way, easily get
graphics sent intra-MSN.... and they show up just fine... But not graphics
sent over the Internet.

I'm not familiar with MS Exchange but in the menu there should be a
section dealing with attachments.

It sounds like you are using either a 2400 bps or 9600 bps modem. You
might think of upgrading to a 14.4 modem, usually about $50.00. This
will improve the speed of the download.

If you have Web access via a browser you can download Eudora Lite or
Pegasus E-Mail programs which can handle attachments easily. These
programs are available as freeware ie no charge.

If you have any problems or questions just e-mail me
