No need to apologize for your questions.  We all learn that way.

The drug you refer to is pramipexole, a dopamine agonist, or helper drug,
for sinemet.  You're correct when you say your mother is not taking a lot
of sinemet yet; it's still probably enough to cause dyskinesia, those
involutary movements you notice.  Most of us have a choice between that
and rigidity - it's hard to find the ideal dose.  It's all a juggling act.

Pramipexole should be going on the market soon, so ask your mom's doctor
about it.  Good luck.
