Hi Margaret, Here am I in the middle of writing a Performance Management course, and four bars of Bach announce your message. 1. I don't know anything about Writing Centres, but here at the bank we use standard e-mail and scheduling software called "Groupwise for Windows." It seems to work well and I think it's cheap. If you need to know more about this product, I'll find someone for you to contact. 2. Now that I am at a computer with effective e-mail, I thought I'd thank you for your kind comments on my letter to the Globe. What they printed was not quite as nuanced as what I wrote. For your information, I'm passing on the letter I actually wrote. It was the second-last paragraph that they didn't publish, and that linked (I hope) the two threads (memory work and war poetry).
