> Does anyone know any bibliography on perspective and Elizabethan and Jacobean
> literature or "spatial theory" and Renaissance drama in general?
>
The first things that come to my mind are:

George Kernodle, From Art to Theatre: Form and Convention in the
Renaissnace. Chicago: U of Chicago Press, 1944.

Elie Konigson, L'Espace Theatral Medieval. Paris CNRS, 1975. (He's
got another book on Renaissance Drama, but I'm not sure whether it
deals with "space" in the same way.)

neither of these is very recent, but will give some good (if older)
