1/1/97  Hello, I was diagnosed in 1991. My pdis mainly on the left side.
When I wake up in the night so ms times I can hardly walk, but like you I
can crawl.  I have found that, providing I can stand up, if I do the yoga
sholder stretch...hands linked behind me and stretching both hands up while
forcing my sholders back[to the rear of me] I can walk better;  yery weird,
but try it.
