FoodTalk e-mail newsletter provides a short "how-to" message on a
food, nutrition or food safety topic. It's equivalent to about 2
printed pages and comes only once a month so it won't fill up
electronic mailboxes. The target audience is consumers, educators and
health professionals.

To subscribe, send an e-mail message to:  [log in to unmask]
Leave the subject section blank and in the message section, write:
SUBSCRIBE FOODTALK.  DO NOT include an e-mail signature in the body of
the message section.

FoodTalk, developed as a form of outreach from our Cooperative
Extension office, currently has over 1,100 subscribers in 38
countries.
