It would allow better commentary if you provide precisely the dosage and times taken. Also important is whether taken with large meals or significant protein amount or percentage. You also mentioned high stress environment. That work environment added to by diagnosis of PD without significant attention to giving support regarding the disease and complications of medicating and dealing with emotional stress is not conducive to good medicine response.
