Hi Leila,
The first time I filled my Rx for Eldepryl (at Wal-mart) the pharmacist
put a print out along with the med. She then gave them to the cashier,
who took my money. She must have seen me pay for it, and seen my age,
because she came around the counter and stopped me in order to make sure
that I knew what the med was for. (she thought I looked too young for
PD(don't we all)) She then took me back to the pharmacy and explained
more about the possible drug interactions.
I have to agree with the others on this list, that a good pharmacist is
as essential as a good neuro.
Enjoy your sailing around the world - keep us updated on your progress
(both sailing and PD)
