My gp told me I probably had an essential tremor produced by depression. HA HA My depression is produced by the PD which also produces my tremor. I went to the neurologist expecting to be told that I had an essential tremmor because my gp said so. After the exam the neurologist was certain I had PD not only because of the tremor but because I already had muscle rigidity, which I did not know. Then he told me that my gp had suspected PD all along and didn't want to panic me before I saw the specialist. HA HA HA I guess it was for the best. I might have been to scared to go.
