J Meyer describes pharmacist's warning re: eldepryl in<RE:Intro & Note,
1/10/97>.
In a less dramaticsituation, a pharmacist in a small town in NYState, wrote
on
my prescription for Cardizem "May cause dizziness." He also had a highly
visible notice on his countertop inviting questions about the medication
prescribed. This is a highly recommended practice and the pharmacist's
education
prepares him for such a role. This suggests to me that we PD's especially,
since we are into newly researched medications, should take every advantage
in "grabbing" all the information we are capableof handling..

J Meyer also mentions Leila Jimenez's sailing around the world.I'd like to
hearmoreaout that.
