Greetings,

I remember more than one Asian friend who felt that those slightly salty,
slightly sour tiny preserved plums (tan/brown and very wrinkled with
seeds) were a great remedy for travel sickness (nausea).

I've snacked on them myself a few times. Nobody has ever told me they were
anything more than a snack so this is not some kind of alternative
medicine. They're sold almost everywhere in Asian shops. No ginger in
these as far as I can tell. I have no idea how well these work, by the
way, just the "advice" of a couple of aquaintances some years ago.

Keep well in the new year all.

Sincerely,

David
