Hello Marling.  Yes, it is a daunting new world that you have stepped (or
stumbled) into. I suppose that in a way, we are physically dependant on our
drugs (Not that they are narcotic, but if they were taken away, we would
certainly manifest some distressing physical symptoms).

I wish I knew how the various drugs were named but don't despair, when your
physical comfort depends on it, it is surprising how quickly you become
fluent in the new language.
