my wife, a parkinsons patient for some 30 years, suffers from freezing and falling. But her symptoms are quite different. what happens is that her mind is walking but her body just stops and she pitches forward. she has no other symptons such as you describe. Suggest you pursue actively with a neurologist. And make sure you try more than one, if you arent getting answers that make sense.
