This is actually a continuation of an earlier letter I had to send
before I froze at my terminal (again) I was talkng bout being one
of the early onset individuals who knowingly takes too much sinemet
as a necessity of living alone.
I have found that living alone presents a whole new set of unique
problems as did the onset at 29 while training for a triathlon .
Perhaps we shouldd be looking at forming sub-groups of this group;
perhaps a detailed questionairre at enrollment could id areas of
particular interest. Such as you ask? Early onset PWP, children
of PWP, PRIME caregivers of PWP, surgical treatment, current meds,
MY
personal fave-single PWP. It came as a bit of a shock when I realized
my 3 closest female friends in the whole world all have PD! One is a
wonderfull artist and person, a local lady who turned me from a
path of self destruction into an accomplished poet... (Hi Lil!) The
other two ladies I met thru this forum. I discovered an instant rapport;
I think having this common enemy transcends the usual male/female
fencing and useless small talk. I will add that having this disease
has made me a far better person and I will be a much better husband
to a (hopefully 2nd) future love. I think a woman with Pd would
make an ideal mate, someone who when I'm shaking would stick a can
of oj in my hand. ..
Nxt topic, a thank you to Tom Reiss for his blue lense idea. Also,
I am very interested in his FOUR pllidotomies, I'm having a hard
time getting a 2nd!
A comment on FLAMING, childesh, foolish and useless, but some dummy
may disgree. HAH ((A JOKE)) lighten up we' re all on the same team.
Only God can or should judge.
