My wife informs me that the slip sheet is not silk but a satin polyester which is a good substitute for silk. This explains why it was so much cheaper (about $10 Australian). The slip sheet should measure about 2.5 metres x 1 metre. Like silk the satin polyester provides a surface which makes turning over much easier.
