Joy.. As of todayI am going off Eldepryl , as I did earlier this year, for 2 weeks prior to surgery. I expect I'll miss it after a few days. Like your husband I have been taking 0.25mg once or twice a day since 1989. At first blush I couldn't toleratei it. But when I found that it prolonged the effect of my Sinemet my doctor reduced the dosage and since then I manage nicely with just Sinemet and Eldepryl as my Parkie medicines. ..
