Interesting discussion about this drug. I take Eldepryl 5 mgs x2 daily.
And must admit I enjoy being revved up a bit. So I'll take the risk with
it in the hope it really does have a protective effect.

I have experienced vivid dreams, but no real sleep disturbance ...
or if there is I can usually attribute it to other factors - heat, noise
or having slept rather wwell during the day. I use a few drops of a
blend of aromatic esssential oils on my temples at bedtime - a friend
mixes me a special recipe for PD which includes lavender (induces sleep),
bergamot and ?? orange ... I think. Regardless of its - ? perceived -
effectiveness, it has become one of the few PD-related rituals I find
luxuriously enjoyable. Valerian 'tea' is another pleasant way of winding
down to sleep.
