This reminds me of a scene from Monty Python's "Life of Brian".
In it, Brian, trying to encourage the masses that worship him to think for
themselves, addresses them:

  BRIAN:
  "You are all *different*!"

  CROWD (in perfect unison):
  "We are all different!"

  LONE MAN IN CROWD (forlornly):
  "I'm not."

Thought it was kinda funny. :-)
