Hello Barbara and MaryHelen

I missed this request the first time around, but now having seen Barb's
reply, I wonder if the daily symptoms record which forms the basis for input
to my analysis=A0program would fit the bill? It comprises a more detailed=20
record than any other that I have seen, but I don't consider it to be beyond
the abilities of most people. I believe some people use my recording method
on its own : that is, without sending the results to me for analysis. Thats=20
fine, and I know that in some cases, having taken the data and plotted it out,
the answer to a particular problem often becomes visibly without further
analysis
I may have misunderstood the original request, which mentioned a check
list, but nonetheless, if the objective is to understand what was going on
during any particular day, it could be what you want.

By the way Barb; one person who sent me data waited for me to analyse it,=20
which I did with no problems ,apart from mild surprise at the rather high=20
levels of Sinemet being used, and then casually mentioned that he had had a=20
Pallidotomy a year ago ! It didnt seem to affect the analysis method at all.

Anyone wishing to read more on this method of analysing and getting the best
out of your Sinemet tablets will find a full description in a page kindly
lent to me by Ron Vetter.=20
