Hello, Joao Paulo,  I am having to make some guesses because the description
of the tablets is not very precise, but it looks to me like this:

   'Madopar capsule' will be Madopar CR 100/25  Controlled Release. Note
                     that it is 100 mg of levadopa, half the strength of
                     a Sinemet CR.

    'Madopar tablet' Is probably  Madopar 125  (100/25)- Like Sinemet Plus
                     This is most likely, because the next size is
                     Madopar 250  (200/50) which looks much too strong
                     for the other tablets.
