Hello everyone...my name is Camille Hueni and I subscribed to the PD list for information and support. My 76-yr. young Dad was diagnosed with PD about six years ago...and more recently with Secondary Parkinsons. I've been on the list for only about a week or two, but what a wonderful resource!! And the people I've "met" so far seem like old friends already...you are a remarkable group. Am also interested in the connection between Parkinson's and Schizophrenia...and have been following this weeks postings about this. Question: Have there been any studies done concerning inherited tendencies toward both diseases within the same family? Are the tendencies the same at some level, but manifested differently?
