Charlie (et al), As someone who was mis-diagnosed by one perfectly competent neurologist before being correctly diagnosed a year later, I can't stress enough how important I think it is to see a movement disorder/PD specialist at least in consultation. A neurologist who doesn't see many PD patients just doesn't have the background to fine-tune the meds, probably doesn't know that much about recent advances, etc. Norma
