Joe-- can't speak to the ringing in the ear, but Peter gets terribly sleepy--naps sometimes for 2+ hours--and he also takes Sinemet 10/100 every 2 hrs. Sometimes he goes to bed saften getting up at 6 for meds, has breakfast later, and then back to nap till noon! He hates it!
