Kim, ATTENTION ALL PWP's and CG's!! I am sure you are good-hearted and will take my ventilating to you without personal offence. I was severely set back when I flew with a medical worker to Miami, to see NPF's Report editor, Dr. Sanchez-Ramos, for a May, 1995 medical appointment set for 2 PM. I was accompanied by Arthur Lemieux, Certified Nurses' Aide. Not only did Sanchez-Ramos not appear, that is, BREAK the appointment, but the NPF never offered to pay me back for that STILL OWED loan!! 2 )In the spring of 1996, NPF's Washington lawyer, Larry Hoffheimer, OPPOSED the Udall bill. This unacceptable and OUTRAGEOUS position distinguished the NPF as the only Parkinson's organization to misrepresent our needs. COMMENTS??? EXPLANATIONS?? RESTITUTION ?? I am still very ANGRY that the NPF could be so cruel to me, or any other PWP, and sickened that the NPF's lawyer OPPOSED the Udall Bill.
