I don't have any information on pramipexle, but I was in an experimental group for Ropinerole -- another agonist. I noticed fom a posting earlier this week that Ropinerole is apparently available in Great Britain as Re-Equip. As far as I am concerned, it is a miracle drug and this was substantiated by some of the reports issued in San Francisco a couple of months ago. After 4 plus years, I am still evaluated as "mild" and have not experienced any of the Sinemet symptoms -- KNOCKING ON WOOD. It is my understanding that Ropinerole will be out on the market soon (as Re-Equip?) and I hope that all of you have a chance to obtain and try it soon. The FDA should be kicked in its Bureaucratic Buns for the delay in making this available to all PD sufferers. [log in to unmask] (Jack Stanfield, Laramie,Wy)
